Con el creciente n\u00famero de noticias en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n sobre estas tendencias, uno podr\u00eda tener la impresi\u00f3n de que la demanda de prote\u00ednas procedentes de animales de granja est\u00e1 disminuyendo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sin embargo, las previsiones de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentaci\u00f3n y la Agricultura (FAO) pintan un panorama diferente. Predicen un aumento del consumo per c\u00e1pita de productos de origen animal en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os. Y s\u00ed, es cierto que en el mundo desarrollado se ha producido una desaceleraci\u00f3n del consumo en las \u00faltimas dos d\u00e9cadas, pero sigue creciendo.
